I went to Walmart and when I came out my door lock was frozen. So I went to Home Depot, thinking maybe they would have some hot water to help me unlock it. When I asked, the lady refused to let me use hot water, fearing that it would freeze again. But an employee told me they had a defroster for my door. He went to get it for me, but he also bought it for me.
That’s not all. The lady in the photo noticed that my 2 year old daughter was starting to get agitated, so she came to talk to her. She amused her and even tried to warm her little fingers. She also asked him if she would help him record some articles. My daughter loved it!
This is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service. There are still great people in the world! A grateful mom who made my life so much easier in that moment.
