I personally don’t, but many do. There’s a reason “nip slip”, “ upskirt”, “downblouse” and topless sunbathing pictures of celebrities go viral online and are published in magazines, newspapers and news websites. Millions of people want to see them.
If you Google a name of a celebrity followed by one of those terms you’ll find hundreds of websites dedicated to publishing these types of pictures taken by paparazzi and they get A LOT of attention. Even here on Quora, you see writers use those pictures to get views (something I’m also guilty of from time to time including in this answer).
I don’t understand the fascination with celebrity wardrobe malfunctions, but I also don’t understand the appeal of MrSkin or WikiFeet, so I guess to each their own and I’ll just stick with looking at pictures of Keanu Reeves doing things to get my engines running.
