Australian police officer who took down the Sydney stabber on her own.

Amy Scott was conducting routine duties nearby in the area when she was told a man was using a massive knife to stab shoppers.

She ran to the scene.

“All she said was: ‘Put it down.’ Then she shot him in the chest and he went down.”

It’s poetic justice that it’s a woman who stopped the stabber, especially since 5 of his 6 victims were women.
