I’m almost 55. I took this picture yesterday at Jones Beach field 6. I plan on keeping this body for many years to come.

I do 4–5 sets on every bodypart with extreme intensity and to complete muscle failure. I hit all angles, but not always on the same workout. Repeat every 3–4 days. 45 minute workout including cardio. It’s not about the amount of time spent in the gym. It’s the intensity. I eat 10-20g complete protein every couple of hours. I always lean build.
