Full Story – by Caroline Hale

My son caught the wrong train tonight. It was an express that took him an hour away from his intended station. He was scared and quietly crying, unsure what to do.

My husband and I were at home, frantically trying to figure out which train he was on and how we could get him back safely. It was a horrible feeling of helplessness, knowing he was out there on his own and frightened.

Then, a very kind lady noticed him. She gently asked, “Are you okay, darling?”

He told her he didn’t know where he was or how to get back. This wonderful woman helped him work out what to do, which train to catch, and even guided him to the right platform when they arrived at the station.

Because of her, he made it home safely. Her kindness gave him comfort at a moment when he felt lost and vulnerable.

I wish I could thank her in person. If by any chance this message reaches her — please know how truly grateful we are. Bless her for her compassion and for looking out for a scared young boy when he needed it most. ❤️
